Right from the start you will work on demanding, cross-divisional innovation projects, based on Gore’s world-class material technologies, in the fields of electronics, industrial engineering and textiles. Step by step you will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills that will enable you to expand your area of responsibility and take on new commitments.

Depending on your interests and experience you can choose between two options:
In this cross-divisional job you will work on the development of new products on the basis of our renowned PTFE-based material technologies for a variety of markets. Ideal candidates will have ingenuity, an entrepreneurial spirit as well as strong conceptual thinking capabilities to solve complex technical problems.
The core of this job is process development and validation, as well as improving existing manufacturing processes. You will also cooperate with our manufacturing operations to maintain high levels of safety, quality and efficiency. Analytical capabilities as well as an organized and pragmatic approach to solving complex technical problems are important to us.

Participants of the New Graduates Program receive a permanent employment-contract.
