This policy statement provides an overview of Gore’s principles on human rights and environment-related risks, and our implementation strategy to fulfill obligations in these areas in accordance with § 6 (2) LkSG (“Grundsatzerklärung”).

This multi-site certification states that the Performance Solutions Division (PSD), and all listed plants of W. L. Gore & Associates maintains an Environmental Management System that fully conforms to ISO 14001:2015, an internationally recognised standard. The ISO 14001:2015 principles of environmental management – such as environmental policy, implementation and operation, and continual improvement – are fully integrated in the design, manufacture, and sale of all the products at the applicable plants.

This Carbon Reduction plan signifies the dedication of W. L. Gore & Associates Inc towards achieving our Enterprise-wide carbon reduction targets, in support of the UK's Procurement Policy Note (PPN) 06/21. The document gives an overview of the progress we have made in the 2022 calendar year through our sustainability programs and initiatives. Note:  Although presented by Gore Medical, these goals and numbers apply to the entire Enterprise.

2023 Report

This statement summarizes our Complaints Procedure in line with the German Supply Chain Act (LkSG) requirements. Gore strives to create and maintain a speak-up culture and an environment where stakeholders can safely report concerns.
