Export Control Acknowledgement / End Use Certification

1. Prohibited End Uses
The production, manufacture, design, development or use of:
- missiles with range over 300 km (including, but not limited to, space testing or research) going to Bahrain, China, Egypt, Cyprus, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, North Korea, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Macau, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Yemen; or
- chemical or biological weapons.
In countries other than the following, use directly or indirectly in any one or more of the activities specified below.

- Safeguarded and unsafeguarded nuclear fuel cycle activities.
